Mention feature took a start from twitter and then moved to Facebook. How can Google remain behind? But the approach is way to much different as this time Google uses Blogger platform to use this mention feature.
Mentioning is simple, just put a plus sign and start typing whatever or whoever you want to include, a list will pop showing the appropriate result. Upon selection a link to Google+ profile or page will get added. For example, +Sector Techno.
To mention a person, first thing is that the user must have his/her Google+ profile connected to blogger. To do that,
- Sign-in into your Blogger account.
- Select your blog from the list.
- Goto Google+. Follow the steps.
