  3. After the post is hidden it will ask you to report/remove tag, click it.

From the pop-up that appears click on, "Is this your intellectual property?" at the bottom.

Select "Report this to Facebook as a legal rights infringement. And hit continue. Facebook also allows you to contact a designated Facebook officer using the traditional but slower methods,

An amazing Google email feature. Whenever you want to send an email with an attachment, and you have written in the mail content, a message like "I've attached" then your email will be scanned for any attachment, if you do not have any attachments attached then a JavaScript pop-up will open to alert that your email lacks attachment.

compose email on google plus
Attachment not done
So, this is a small but great feature that gmail offers, which prevents users from forgetting the attachment. There could be more of these measures.

Create custom sized Adsense ad units

| Saturday, December 21, 2013 | | Be first to comment!

Google Adsense recently rolled out 'Custom Ad Size' option, that lets users create ad units with various sizes as per publishers requirements. Till now, every user was bound to use, ad sizes from four predefined ad size category namely,
  • Horizontal
  • Vertical
  • Square
  • Link Units
Now, adsense user can select 'custom ad size' and place in their own size and adsense will generate the codes for that size for you.

How to create custom ad size ads?

  1. Login in into your Adsense account.
  2. Navigate to 'My ads' tab and click 'New ad unit' button.
  3. Select 'Custom ad size' option from 'Ad size' dropdown menu.
In case you have created an image ad unit or image/text ad unit, then the image ad will display and image ads are of fixed sizes. So, any image ad will adjust itself by aligning to the center. But,

adsense ad unit problem
The above one, is a custom size ad unit, with an image ad that is smaller in height and width. Now, the image ad gets aligned to center horizontally but leave blank white space vertically.

Existing Ad units

If you already have ad fixed sized ad units, they cannot be converted into 'Custom Ad Size' ad unit, you are required to create a new ad unit and the select 'custom ad size'.

Top 5 Entry-Level Laptops With Windows 8 OS

| Friday, December 20, 2013 | | Be first to comment!

It is a completely wise decision you've taken to pay those extra bucks for a laptop loaded with genuine operating system instead of using pirated copies. Undoubtedly, there are a lot of advantages of a genuine version of operating system which we will discuss some other day. For now, let's go check out 5 most popular Windows 8 laptops available in India.

HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-B173TU Sleekbook

As the name suggests, HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14 sports a 14 inch touch screen that comes with 64-bit Windows 8 operating system. This laptop has a glossy body made up of plastic material yet it feels comfortable to use. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Intel Core i3 processor; 500 GB storage and 4 GB RAM which could be further expanded up to 8 GB using the additional RAM slot available on board. The 14" LED backlight display has a screen resolution of 1366x768 pixels. The laptop also has a HD camera located above the screen which could be used for video calling and snapping selfies using the laptop. It also has an extra sensitive touchpad which eliminates the need to carry an extra mouse on your backpack.
This touchscreen based laptop from HP weighs approximately 2 kg and has a 4 cell battery which should be good enough to keep the laptop powered for about 4 hours with wireless connectivity turned on. In terms of connectivity options, the laptop supports Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and connectivity ports which includes 3 x USB ports, Ethernet port, VGA, HDMI and a Mic-in port on the left of the laptop. If you are looking for something from a brand endorsed by Kareena Kapoor, then you can check out the Sony VAIO Fit 14E series laptop. The Sony VAIO Fit 14E F14212SN/W is again, a 14" touch screen based laptop that comes with Windows 8 operating system pre-installed. The screen resolution of this laptop is 1366x768 pixels. Though this laptop from Sony has a better and newer Core i3 (3rd generation) processor when compared to the HP Pavilion laptop, it has just 2 GB of RAM in contrary to 4 GB RAM in the HP TouchSmart laptop mentioned earlier. But of course, if needed at a future point of time, the RAM here could be upgraded up to 8 GB using the free RAM slot available on board. The laptop has 500GB SATA hard disk for data storage and comes with common connectivity features such as Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and connectivity ports including 4 x USB ports, microphone-in, Ethernet, HDMI and a memory card reader.

Dell Vostro 2420

Though, unlike other 2 laptops mentioned earlier, this laptop by Dell doesn't have a touch screen, but if you're a Dell loyalist and looking for something very sturdy then this laptop would prove to be an ideal partner for you. As many of you might know, Dell is known for its study build quality and aesthetic designs. This laptop comes with a 14" HD WLED screen with screen resolution of 1366x768 pixels. An added advantage here is the anti-glare coating on its screen that helps to eliminate unwanted glare and reflections from the screen.

For data storage, the laptop has a 500 GB SATA hard disk and comes with Windows 8 operating system pre-installed. If the configuration and the hardware matters to you more than the looks and design of a laptop, then I bet this laptop from Samsung would be quite tempting to you that has a power house under the hood. It is powered with a 1.6 GHz APU quad-core A8 processor and whopping 6GB of RAM and 1TB of hard disk drive for data storage. The screen used in this device is 14” diagonally and just like other laptops listed on this post, it comes with Windows 8 operating system pre-installed and even has a dedicated graphics card with 1GB of VRAM.

The laptop has a built-in DVD writer and has all the connectivity options including Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, connectivity ports namely USB, HDMI, VGA and Ethernet. | Wednesday, December 04, 2013 | | Be first to comment!

The online advertising giant, Google Adsense, is still working on putting the Google Plus effect every where. The notification, the hangout in email, etc.

The user interface of Overview Google Adsense now highlights, the newly added parameters like, Scorecard that displays stats for Revenue Optimization, Site health and Google+.

This change is only visible for the first overview page only and is in a trial state, you can switch to this an switch back very easily.

There could be more coming. The only problem with the new interface is that, it don't look well partitioned, like the previous one. Currently, only the overview page is changed, the rest of the user interface is left untouched.

| Sunday, November 24, 2013 | | Be first to comment!

Under a lot of circumstances, many companies go for selling some of the apparel like Shirts, Hoodies, tanktops, etc. These apparels can be used for, promotional purposes  as promo items, promo products, promo gifts or just for giving a sense of good people working with great organization.

Some not for profit sites are also using it to raise money for different social works.

But not every company can afford to get it done on a large scale, when distribution area is greater than the companies reach.

create you custom apparel for company
SpreadShirt
Spreadshirt is an online platform that deals with designing, buying and selling of custom apparels. The company works on a number of locations covering a large part of America and Europe.

With spreadshirt you can create your own shop, like an e-commerce store. You can then redirect your fans from your website to your online store at spreadshirt, from where the customers can make purchase.

The shop owner can create a number of designs and make them available at their store. The online store can be customized. Spreadshirt don't designs the design for your shirts. That must be done by the user. They only deal with making the product with that design and then sell and ship it to the desired location.

Online Store

When a store is created, it is accessible via a subdomain like xyz.spreadshirt.com, but with spreadshirt a user can point it to his/her custom domain name like www.example.com.

For developers they have their own spreadshirt API.

Save important business files online

Take advantage of the numerous web based services to store and retrieve important business related documents, files, pictures or even videos etc.

Use rugged electronics for your travel

As a frequent business traveler, shop mostly for rugged electronics which are designed to endure great hits for insane when dropped mistakenly or come in contact with water all of which are very common with business travelers while known to work while travelling.

Back up important files in multiple locations

This is an alternative to saving files online. It also serves as a guarantee to protect your digital life since even after your hard disk crashes you will have an easy time retrieving important documents.

Always carry with you appropriate electrical plug adapters

Make sure you carry the right electrical adapter for your mobile technological device when heading out for a business trip.

Bottom line - Take time to prepare/plan your business trip appropriately. This way you will not have to worry about having to deal with countless inconveniences while away on business.

Gamers will have access to a lot more vehicles in Grand Theft Auto V than in any GTA previous games. Though, GTA V is also linked to previous GTA games in many ways.

Vehicles which you will be able to drive in GTA V includes ATVs, BMX bikes, road bikes, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, wide variety of cars/trucks, helicopters, planes and jet skis. Players will be able to access nice cars & planes too, as Trevor( one of the persons behind the Rockstar game) is a former military pilot.

  • Motorcycles and Bicycles
  • Sports Super Cars
  • Vintage Cars
  • Hatchback
  • Sedans
  • SUVs
  • Pick-Ups and Vans
  • Public Service Watercraft & Aircraft
Some people criticised GTA 4 for its lack of easter eggs, but the company behind the GTA games, Rockstar, seem to have listened this time, and GTA V is no doubt the most egg-stuffed game ever released with. Not only this, you will also see there one of GTA 5’s unique vehicles, a rusted tractor. Most of the people don't even know where it is in the game. So, here is the secret. You’ll find that tractor near a farm in Cape Catfish, in the north east part of the map.
But,this tractor is little bit boring because it is rusted to hell and doesn’t have any tires. Besides, it’s also very slow.

Secret of UV map

The map that comes up with special edition of GTA 5 includes messages that can be revealed by shining a UV light over it.

Secret of Alien spaceship

You will find a hidden alien spaceship underwater in the north part of the game world.

Lenora Johnson's Ghost

Lenora Johnson is murdered in the GTA 5. By picking up fifty scraps of paper across the city, you can solve her murder mission, but you can also find her ghost. Her ghost appears on the cliffs between 23:00 and 00:00, on the top of a mountain Gordan in the top-right side of the map.

Secret of Bigfoot

One of the earliest rumour about the GTA 5 was bigfoot. But it’s real now, it can be seen during a mission called Predator. To see this bigfoot, start thermal imaging and slowly look across the forest.
You’ll be able to see the heat signature of Bigfoot. However, it’ll be disappeared when you look directly at him.

UFO & Alien

You will find a lonely, frozen alien at the start of the game. Apart from this, there's also a crashed UFO rests at the bottom of the sea at the northern edge of the map. Take a submarine if you want to find alien's wet buddies.

Zombie in the Game

Grand Theft Auto V is not a zombie game. But, there is a zombie walker in there. When you go through one of Los Santos’s sidewalks, you’ll find a zombie there. He has a voice-acted story to tell you too. Go and check out this zombie if you haven't seen him yet.

Shark - The best addition in the game

gta-v-shark
Shark in GTA 5
When you swim out far enough in the game, you’ll meet one of the most terrifying characters in the game that is a great big shark. It can hijack your boat, drive it out into the blue until you see a red blip on your radar which indicates that there is a shark nearby.

Apart from these easter eggs, you will also found a Playboy Mansion, Master Chief Imposter, a car which number plate reads, "4G3NT".

So, these were some GTA V secrets, hope you found them interesting. Please share with us if you also know any secret that is not mentioned over here.

Five affordable tablets with calling feature

| Tuesday, October 29, 2013 | | Be first to comment!

Tablets are not a niche segment anymore. What once started out as a second screen is now a device that is a must-buy for most users. This is mostly due to the added functionality a tablet comes with, in that it can double as a communication device on the go. Most tablets now come with a SIM card slot that allows users to add a SIM and access Internet using cellular networks. While tablets are a dime a dozen, here are a few 3G-enabled tablets that stand out from the rest:

top five tablets
Affordable Tablets

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T211

Samsung has decided to go with the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” policy with the Galaxy Tab 3. The tablet features a similar design and has hardware that has not changed much from the Tab 2. The Tab 3 T211 comes with a 7-inch screen, and does come with narrower bezels than its earlier offering. In terms of hardware, the tablet does quite well with a 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM with a micro-SD slot that can extend memory to 32 GB , a 3MP camera at the back and a 1.3MP shooter at the front along with a 4,000 mAh battery.

The T211 is a 3G tablet, and users can install a SIM card to access Internet on the go. If you are near a Wi-Fi network, the Tab 3 211 allows you to connect to 2.4 GHz as well as 5 GHz wireless networks, which is an added advantage. Although there is nothing that is groundbreaking on the device, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 price in India is just Rs. 15,392, which means that it will sell very well. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is a little outdated, but there is nothing that you’re missing out on.

Asus Fonepad

Asus is a relative newcomer to the tablet segment, but has managed to establish a foothold quite well. The Fonepad is a great tablet, and one of the best that is available in this segment. The 7-inch offering comes with a 720p HD screen, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, micro-SD card slot, a 3.15 MP camera at the back and a 1.2 MP camera at the front along with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The tablet also has a 4,270 mAh battery, and the single SIM card slot is of the GSM variety.

One of the distinguishing features on the tablet is the inclusion of a 1.2 GHz Intel Atom Z2420 processor, which makes it very fast. Intel is set to announce its next-generation Bay Trail processors next year, but for now the current Atom series is fast enough to suit users’ needs, and is available for just Rs. 13,100.

Lenovo IdeaTab A3000

Lenovo is enjoying a great year that has seen it overtake traditional notebook vendors like Dell. Its move to go global is also working out very well for the brand, as its mobile and tablet offerings are well-received by users in India and elsewhere. The IdeaTab A3000 is the third tablet launched in India, and comes with great features. The tablet is one of a few that comes with dual-SIM functionality (GSM + GSM), and that means that you can use two different mobile networks while on the go.

Other hardware features include a 7-inch screen (1024 x 600 pixels), 1 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and a 5 megapixel camera at the back along with a measly 0.3 megapixel shooter at the front. It does have Wi-Fi connectivity, internal codecs for the latest audio and video file formats, and a 3,500 mAh battery that is claimed to last for 8 hours of continuous internet browsing. The IdeaTab A300 is available for Rs. 12,975 in India.

Micromax Canvas Tab P650

Micromax has released a lot of tablets under the FunBook moniker, but it looks like the largest Indian manufacturer is looking to consolidate offerings under a single line. The Canvas Tab is the first such tablet, and comes with hardware that is decent. It may not be the fastest or the best tablet on this list, but Micromax is counting on its loyal user base and strong advertising efforts to push sales of this tablet further. The tablet is available in India for Rs. 13,000.

The Micromax Canvas Tab comes with an 8-inch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM of which 12 GB is available to the user, 5 megapixel camera at the back with a 2 megapixels camera at the front and runs on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. The 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor makes sure that the tablet can handle any intensive tasks you throw at it. Also available is Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.

XOLO QC800

Xolo is also getting into the tablet market, and the QC800 is a testament to how far the Indian manufacturer has come in a year. The tablet features identical hardware to the Micromax Tab, but comes with a Qualcomm 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 8225Q CPU than the MediaTek one used in Micromax’s offering. The front camera is also very low and is an area Xolo could’ve worked at. That being said, the tablet is on offer for just Rs. 11,500 which is less than what other tablets in this segment cost.

Cheaper alternative to laptops- Stylish HP Chromebook 11

| Monday, October 21, 2013 | | Be first to comment!

Since their inception in mid-2011, there have been plenty of Chromebooks launched, ranging from the ridiculously overpriced Google Pixel to Acer’s 200$ C7. Although, none of them has really managed to set the market alight. In a bid to impress critics and users alike, HP has teamed up with Google for its latest offering, the HP Chromebook 11. Let’s see what HP’s new Chromebook brings to the table.

DESIGN

Weighing in at a little over 2.3 pounds, the Chromebook 11 has a sleek and attractive design with a glossy finish. The corners are softly rounded and it comes in two colour variants: white and black. You can also take your pick of four accent colours for the back lid: red, green, blue and yellow. The Chromebook has a chiclet style keyboard which is comfortable for typing. The laptop feels solid and smooth, and the design might remind you of Macbook’s now discontinued plastic variant. Having said that, the Chrombook 11 is an eye catching device and feels sturdier than most other Chromebooks in the same price range.

SCREEN

The 11.6 incher sports an IPS display, with a resolution of 1366x768. The screen looks crisp, bright and sharp and the colours look gorgeous. The IPS screen also offers excellent viewing angles. There is no touch screen but the Chromebook 11 definitely has one of the better screens in the budget Chromebook market.

HARDWARE, CONNECTIVITY and STORAGE

Under the hood, the laptop runs on a dual-core Samsung Exynos 2520 processor with 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of SSD memory. There is no fan under the hood, which isn’t surprising as things aren’t expected to get particularly hot with the Samsung processor. There’s an interesting addition of a standard microUSB charging port, which means you can charge your phone and laptop with the same charger but the absence of an HDMI port and SD slot might irk some people. Connectivity options include 2 USB ports, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and an optional Micro-SIM slot for the 4G/LTE variant.

SOFTWARE and BATTERY

Like all other Chromebooks, this laptop runs on Google’s cloud based Chrome OS. Cloud storage means all your data is backed up on a remote cloud storage and while you can always lose your Chromebook, you’re never going to lose your data. The laptop comes with 100 GB of Google Drive cloud storage, free for 2 years. Google claims that the Chromebook can give upto 6 hours of active usage on a single charge, not bad Google.

CAMERA and AUDIO

Nothing extraordinary on the imaging front, as the Chromebook comes with a standard VGA web camera. The laptop contains no visible vents and thus the speaker vents are moved below the keyboard. Google claims its new speaker vents give “sound ported up through the keyboard”, it remains to be seen how much difference that makes in the real world.

VERDICT

In terms of design and build quality, the Chromebook 11 is perhaps the sexiest and most sturdy laptop in its price range. The device comes with a nippy processor and a decent screen. If you can live with the limitations of the Chrome OS, HP’s Chromebook 11 is a solid option at the pricing of 279.99$, and definitely one to consider.

What is shared endorsement?

As the word suggest endorsement simply means a recommendation of a product in an advertisement. After these new Google terms of services will go live, search results will start to use your Google Plus profile's public data to recommend a product in advertisements.

A number of users are angry about this new release as Google will now use your face (profile picture) and name in advertisement. But generally speaking that is not a thing to dislike as Google will only use your public data to recommend products and services to other users.
