Due to some error, "Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE" gets displayed on the archive or home page.
Now, I don't exactly know what happens which causes this error. But this generally happens when you copy and paste an article from a word file. I accept guest posts. I received them via email, and I access emails via MS Outlook. Two guest posts that were approved and ready to be published, got this error after they were published. This is possibly happening due to the xml that is copied. Modern applications store and transfer their data using xml.
This error is due to the html that is copied while copying the content from the received word file. Click here to see the error mentioned.
If you have encountered such error, then try opening the article and right click on the page anywhere except the links and images. Then click View Page Source from the right click menu. This will open the html of the web page. Now scroll down or use ctrl+f to find-
<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>
All of this red and green coding is what causes this error. Red and green is displayed in Firefox, only green in Chrome and black in IE as it opens the code in Notepad. How to correct this?
- Goto Blogger and open the post with this error.
- Click on HTML tab to access html of the post.
- Use ctrl+f to find <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>
- Select from <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> to </style><![endif]--> and delete it then update the post.
Thanks a lot for the solution....
